Great custom service, patient friendly n clean work
Have appointment scheduled a month in advance, the day of they send a text 2.5 hours before appointment time stating it is canceled and can not tell us when it will be rescheduled because the Dr. that normally takes care of the patients here now has his own office in missouri. Horrible commuications. Would definetly not recommend using this group. I thought after the first issues were resolved with this group that it would be better service but I was wrong.
Terrible experience, came to bring my sister for her appointment and they were closed. For what? No idea. Should've received a call letting us know but we wasted our time and gas driving here all the way from Missouri. Not recommended at all.
Can't provide an itemized bill when asked. Has needed more money after the bill was suppose to be paid 2 more times. A stated 18 mo job has become 3 years.
They make appointments then they just close the place without letting anyone know or rescheduling anyone. Waste of time
