Braces consult was a breeze. Learned some new things, and the in house financing option is a major plus.
Dr. Stewart is AMAZING! She explained the treatment and had the best chair side manner! We love the assistants as well they are very knowledgeable and so kind.
Scheduling is horrible, my daughter has left the office crying because staff have scraped her gums with tools, don't know how to remove wires or replace without strong-arm tactics. For the last year she has been told "you'll have your braces off next visit." I finally had enough lies and wanted her braces off. The office manager was polite and seemed genuinely concerned. However, the orthodontist when confronted about my daughter's treatment said, she didn't know about my daughter's past treatment. Her excuse was that she ha... read more
We have been with westrock since 2018 and they are awesome. We started phase 2 this week cant wait to see the end results. Big difference at the end of phase 1 alone. Staff is friendly.
