Was being told before procedure that I can be here anytime if I have emergency .I did not k kw they open only 3 days and not all week .my insurance payed them already for my treatment otherwise I will never come here again .untrained staff
Service is horrible! I have tried to schedule an appointment for weeks. No one answers the office phone, and I hate how my teeth are shifting. I am a full time college student paying my Ortho bill, and I currently regret deciding on being a customer in this office. I have no personal connection with my Orthodontist, as far as me not being knowledgeable of her name. Would not recommend.
