So upsetting that I can not speak to Dr. Katie Gibson or get ahold of her due to the staff at the front. My son has being wearing braces and everytime he goes in - his brackets fall off . EVERY single time within 20 min of leaving there. Takes us 25 minutes to get home from Conway and he doesn’t eat or get out of the car and it’s broken. The office manager is aware of how upset i was but act as if it wasn’t a big deal when im telling her by this point its just a fashion statement bc its not doing anything if they can’t do it... read more
Staff is very nice and helpful. They talked my son through all the plans they had and everything that they were doing.
The staff made me feel very comfortable and I felt welcomed. Choosing this clinic was a great choice.
The entire staff is just so welcoming & sweet! Huge Kudos to Kelsey, we laughed just about my entire appointment. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time!
