The office was very clean. The lady at the front desk was professional and courteous. The woman who took our x-rays and gathered our information was extremely thorough, professional, and very welcoming. The doctor was great very straightforward and easy to understand. I left without any confusion about the treatment plan. They also offer great prices and flexible payment plans.
The staff at Westrock Orthodontics in Springdale have been fabulous to work with. They were very helpful in getting my daughters insurance to cover for most of her braces treatment, that was amazing!! They are super nice.
