Cheryl, the Orthodontist assistant was very knowledgeable and gave us price quote up front and explained everything in detail. The orthodontist had us wait 6 months to come back instead of having us pay and put braces on before it was needed. Thank you for being an honest practice.
The front desk people were friendly, the lady who provided the consultation was kind too. It was the orthodontist’s last day, but he provided all of the explanations I was seeking and spoke to my level of understanding. My only complaint is that they didn’t have a thyroid protection lead drape for clients when using the x-ray machine. My son starter braces there a year ago and Westrock didn’t have the thyroid protection shield then either.
Wouldn’t get my braces here. I was told it was going to take a year and a half and it’s almost been 2 years since I’ve had my braces. I’m also moving soon and the reason I got them put on is because they said it was only going to take a year and a half. Once my year and a half was close they were trying to take my braces off even though my bite was not fixed. I went to two appointments where they wanted to take my braces off and I wasn’t ready. Terrible return on appointment times. Also do not recommend getting braces here if you plan to move (very hard to get anybody else to work on them/removal paying for them again), constant trouble with getting the same orthodontist, cannot see orthodontist at other Westrocks in St Louis, all around terrible investment. If you need an appointment in less than three months, it’s not likely to happen.
We have had 2 daughters get their braces here and they are excellant! They explain every step as they are doing things and it makes things things so much less stressful! We would definitely recommend them to anyone
