One word, impeccable. The service, the staff, the building… all of it! I am thrilled to be a patient of Dr Dean’s. She is so knowledgeable, professional, kind, deeply caring and reasonable. Each appointment comes complete with a warm neck pillow & weighted blanket if desired. If you want to have an elevated experience with your dental care, this is the place! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I also bring my 7 year old son here, and he LOVES coming to the dentist!
Dr. Natalya Jones is absolutely incredible. From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely cared for and at ease. She is extremely knowledgeable, gentle, and takes the time to thoroughly explain everything so you never feel rushed or unsure. Best dental experience I've ever had. The entire staff is outstanding! You are treated so well from the moment you arrive! I just had to have a crown placed as well as two large fillings. I am telling you that in my 50 plus years of seeing dentist, this was the most painless, pleasant experience I've ever had with extensive dental work! Best and most beautiful dental office in Reno. I recently had a filling replaced and it was quick and painless. Dr. Dean and Dr. Jones, along with their staff, always make me feel so well taken care of. The warm neck pillow with the sweet citrus scent is my favorite!
The staff got me in same day in a dental emergency. Everyone was wonderful. In the process I have found my new dentist. It is also great to see local folks remaining in, and helping the community. A very welcoming environment.
