Great experience! My teenage daughter was having to have a dental procedure and was extremely nervous, Dr. Stuart was understanding and considerate of the situation, he helped my daughter calm down by explaining everything to her, he even cracked some jokes to get her to laugh. My daughter states Dr. Stuart was very caring, gentle and explained everything he was going to do before doing it, which helped her feel less stressed. Front office ladies were very nice and welcoming, they answered all of my questions throughly.
I have been extremely impressed with Westside Endodontics since I first dealt with them in December 2023. I was referred to them by my dentist for a root canal right after Christmas.I was able to get an appointment for December 28 for the exam, evaluation and root canal all on the same day. Other places I called couldn’t get me in for at least two weeks. Everyone at this establishment is friendly, pleasant and focused on patient care at all times. Westside Endodontic Associates promptly diagnosed the need for a root canal on my tooth. Referred by the VA dental specialty clinic, my appointment was scheduled within three weeks. While there was a brief 15-minute wait in the reception area, the staff was exceptionally courteous, and the facility maintained a high standard of cleanliness.
Awesome and friendly staff. They remember who you are. Very professional, create an up to date tools and technology in the office. Very reassuring, and I would gladly go back.Should I need to. I highly recommend them!
Service was awesome! Very friendly, From receptionist to all assistants. Dr. Holden was the best ! I never had a root canal. He made it absolutely painless. Discofort yes! Of course, but I was very impressed how he made me feel. Very gentle. Thank you again to all staff members. God Bless
