It used to be bad, but we have a new manager and she has really cleaned this place up. No more hanging out in the hallways, cleaned the outside up and no more druggies that I know of. They used to have a drive up here! It is actually peaceful living here. Thanks to the manager. A thank you for McMinnville Police Dept. they keep an eye open and help get rid of the mess hanging around.
