Ford Westway forged my signature multiple times — on the agreement price and a warranty I never approved. By law, I have to leave the dealership with documentation. I received no documents except one forged copy of the purchase agreement. Everything was DocuSigned without my consent. I’ve spoken with my attorney and will be pursuing legal action. BBB complaint incoming. Federal trade commission. TX DMV. Texas attorney general consumer protection division. & my loan provider which is CHASE.

Went to parts today I got there 10 minutes before they closed walked in and and was told everyone in parts was gone for the day so change your hours or stay there till you close at the time you say you close
