⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I took my 2025 Ford Expedition in for service, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was professional, courteous, and very well organized. They explained everything clearly and made the process smooth and easy. What really stood out was that they even provided an Uber ride to take me home, which was extremely convenient and showed great customer care. Overall, outstanding service and a great experience. I highly recommend this Ford service center and will definitely return.
Ford Westway forged my signature multiple times — on the agreement price and a warranty I never approved. By law, I have to leave the dealership with documentation. I received no documents except one forged copy of the purchase agreement. Everything was DocuSigned without my consent. I’ve spoken with my attorney and will be pursuing legal action. BBB complaint incoming. Federal trade commission. TX DMV. Texas attorney general consumer protection division. & my loan provider which is CHASE.
