I've lived there 6 years and have had a mold problem for at least 4 of those years. They keep promising they will take care of it and fix it or whatever and have never done anything. My filters haven't been changed in months, and my smoke alarms have never been checked so they keep. Maintenance doesn't do anything and the property manager is a liar.
