I live here. I fixed the backed up sink. They changed the faucet and now my kitchen sick is like a brand new sink. It is draining properly and now it is not stuffed up and plugged with water all over the living room and kitchen. So I am very happy with the job that was done to fix the kitchen sink.
Don’t move here!!! Apartments are infested with roaches and management does nothing. She’s (Selene) to busy sleeping with residents. These apartments are trashed inside and out. Outside is always dirty and gross and let’s not forget the elevators are always down with no regard to residents who are elderly and disabled. Don’t waste your money!! Management sucks!!! Today is my day 3 of move in. I never got a tour prior to move in. There is trash everywhere. This building is a subsidized and section 8 voucher homes. But it is also fixed income and as a mom who is single I thought it would be a good fit for my daughter and I. Also, my work is down the street. I’m a teacher. So this is perfect for us. Amazing personal, Monse made this move in so seem & smoothless. Would definitely recommend for anyone.
Residents are not reprimanded for their uncleanliness and management does not thoroughly fix issues or complaints. However, the management is very quick to fix maintenence issues. The property itself is not well maintained and is often dirty. Only had 1 issue with pests and it was immediately resolved. Washers and dryers only work half the time. Apartments are cute with a modern feel. Have frequent issues with the elevators and there's no stairs to the parking lot on one side of the building, only to the street.
