Please read below so that you are aware of the major concerns you will run into when signing a lease here (and to the apartment complex, don’t bother responding with one of your automated responses about reaching out to address concerns. Thank you Donald for all the hard work you have done in our home hereat Westwood Suites. Donald went above and beyond to assure that our home was back in order and comfortable. He mentioned how important it was for the leasing department and community Manager that this work was done and completed. Thank you McKinley for showing care for your residents here at Westwood Suites. Again a big thanks to Donald and the Tactical team for the hard work completed in our home.

I have been a resident at McKinley Apartments since 2021, and unfortunately my experience has consistently declined each year despite repeated rent increases. Our two-bedroom unit was not renovated when we moved in, and the carpet was already worn at that time. Since then, rent has increased annually with little to no meaningful upgrades or improvements to justify the higher cost. One of the most frustrating ongoing issues has been the washer and dryer. if you love having to run your gas stove for heat because they refused to turn the boiler on although temps reached under 35 degrees this winter or having to steam a bathroom for a little bit of warmth for your kids, only to be blamed for a mold issue that they just constantly paint over, then go for it. They do not respond to emails regarding concerns but somehow know how to reach out when rents 2 days late.
