if you love having to run your gas stove for heat because they refused to turn the boiler on although temps reached under 35 degrees this winter or having to steam a bathroom for a little bit of warmth for your kids, only to be blamed for a mold issue that they just constantly paint over, then go for it. They do not respond to emails regarding concerns but somehow know how to reach out when rents 2 days late. Evie, who is the manager here at Westwood suite had been so helpful and nice to me. She is a very good person and I hope you keep her here in this location. Very lovely. Like living here. The request for maintenance is always prompt and well done.
Wanted to say thank you for making the process of applying simple first time applying for apartment alone and was nervous and Betzy and Vanessa made it easy. i have family that lives here already and every time I visit its been quiet and peaceful. I'm happy I was approved. Anyone who needs an apartment and are nervous or scared definitely recommend seeing your options at Westwood
I have had an absolutely incredible experience with the customer service I have received from Vanessa. She has gone above and beyond to accommodate me with anything I need from signing my lease to answering any questions or doubts I have had. 10/10 service, I greatly recommend!
My apartment is right in front of the car that burned down.On my balcony there are things that were burned, and to this day I have not received even 1 courtesy call from you. however with that, today they sent a person to clean the parking lot and that employee had no better idea than to throw all the ashes onto my balcony. How crazy is that person? I do not understand what is happening but it is incredible what your employee did.
