Working with Ed and the crew @ Aqua Living Factory Outlets was fabulous. Communication is the key to success and Ed knocked it out of the park. We were looking for something that can handle the Wisconwintwrs and they gave us exactly what we were looking for. The cool thing is they kept in touch throughout the entire process. Very beautiful tub very easy set up got home with it on my trailer. We got it in our house and in four hours. I filled it with water wired it up myself and started running it. It was warm enough because I put warm water in it 101° so I could use it right awayworks perfect.
