Bought a swim Spa from Rich and the process from start to finish was fantastic. He answered every question and had and made sure to help me set everything up with great referrals. He even came to deliver the thing! The product itself has been great so far. It’s almost 2 months in and I love getting in it everytime. So glad I made the jump. Thanks Rich and Aqualiving!
Delivered a hot tub with different specs than what was sold to us, and it began leaking rusty water onto our new masonry work within days. Customer service repeatedly insisted hearing impacted customer call them and can't get the concept of hearing impairment. Garbage quality product, and disrespectful corporate customer support.
We recently purchased a Hot Tub from Aqua Living. We had a great experience from the time we entered the showroom until delivery. Richard was very knowledgeable and assisted us with choosing the right tub for us. We were kept updated on a regular basis as our tub was being manufactured. Delivery was as promised and seamless. This has turned into a terrible experience. I highly recommend you do NOT do business with this company. They sell you on the floor model which is free of blemishes, missing pieces, stripped screws or any defects, THAT'S a brand new hot tub. But what they do is they say they're giving you a "new" hot tub, but it's likely one from their "nick and dent" section. Had a bad experience with the original shipper when I bought a hot tub from Lowe’s. Scotty at Whisper Outdoor fixed the issue and had my hot tub delivered and installed in less than 48 hours.
