Great experience and beyond wonderful customer service! My husband and I purchased the CS-1 hot/cold - this is our first pool/spa and Alex has been beyond helpful. I have asked probably too many questions since deciding we were in ye market through our initial setup and he has been nothing but a total pro throughout it all! Fast, professional and easy. Big thanks to Alex Poindexter at Cart Nation and everyone at Whisper Outdoor with my newly purchased Whisper W3. Everyone was so friendly and easy and great to work with from day of purchase to delivery. It arrived in perfect and pristine condition and just in time for my birthday! The purple color is more awesome than I thought it would be. So being a HUGE Prince fan I had to customize it a bit...and yes I do have purple LED lights for the underglow. HAPPY CUSTOMER OVER HERE!!!!
I purchased my SwimSpa from Aqua Living. They worked with me to arrange delivery once I had everything ready. There were couple of things that came up but Alex at Aqua Living kept me up to date and corrected the hiccups. It’s rare that everything’s goes perfect with a project like this. This is was a great experience. From start to finish and beyond, Alex and the aqua living products have been great. These prices cannot be beat, we tried, great product, great service, and support. Alex has contacted us a couple times after delivery to verify everything is okay. If you are looking for a hot tub at a great price, check him out👍
Alex Poindexter was awesome! I was just a call in looking for some cart info. He answered everything perfectly and gave me suggestions for my interests. He was very responsive throughout the process and followed up promptly. If I were buying a cart today, it would be from Alex.
