My husband had wanted a hot tub for many years, so I purchased one from Whisper Outdoor as a birthday gift. Brian was wonderful throughout the sales process: knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in answering all of our questions. Unfortunately, our experience after the purchase was extremely disappointing. Brian was very responsive and knowledgeable on the many spa choices he has to offer. He helped me through the process of choosing the correct spa to fit my wants and needs. The experience was smooth from the first contact all the way through a flawless delivery. The spa itself is very good quality and works as described.
I bought a hot tub from them. It was on for 2 days used it once. On the 3rd day went to turn the pumps on and the controls went off. Brian won’t answer the phone. Nor will he return my calls. What a nightmare. When I was in the process of buying it. Brian answered every call and called me. But now he doesn’t answer. I just want my money back and get this hunk of junk off my property. Or fix it

We really like the Nitro Wv store. We worked with Michael A. Who was so helpful and no pressure sales. The selection is great. Michael is very knowledgeable in all the products the store carries. Again. No pressure sales. No hassle to sell more than we need or wanted yet he was informative and suggested some great ideas that we could see value in purchasing. Pricing was very reasonable too. Great service and warranty.
