We had a great experience getting information and purchasing our hot tub from this store. Nate was very knowledgeable and helpful, purchase and delivery were seamless. We are really enjoining our Catalina Armstrong Spa. Thanks for the great service!
Nathan was my salesperson and store manager. I highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable and a very easy going salesperson. No high pressure or sales tactics. Just an easy straightforward process and informative. He also is also very knowledgeable on the technical side so if you have any questions after the sale, he will answer his phone and can assist you. I went to the Auqua living store located in Arden, nc.
We had a wonderful experience with Nate at Aqua Living. The hot tub we purchased has been fantastic — excellent quality and runs beautifully. Nate at the local store was great to work with. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and always accurate with the information he provided. Every question was answered clearly, and he was quick to respond whenever we reached out. The entire process was smooth and straightforward. Highly recommend!
Nate is very knowledgeable and helped us understand what we needed to know to make the best decision about our swim spa. We love it! Getting something made in our area was a bonus and his service after the sale has been great.
Nate at Aqua Living Stores helped us select and purchase a spa in a seamless experience with little to no preexisting knowledge of spas in general or what we were looking for. He also helped us get the best deal possible by offering discounts for therapeutic needs and veterans. The delivery department was understanding and helpful as we had to push delivery back multiple times while waiting for our deck to be built. Would highly recommend.
