I purchased a Swim Spa from Whisper outdoor right about 6 weeks ago. I wanted to wait to do my review until I had it a while. So far I have to say I am 100% pleased with the great customer service and follow up by Marcus! Delivery also went very smooth. Thanks again!

Marcus really went above and beyond in the whole process of ordering and delivering my cart. We even had a small issue that he took ownership of and resolved quickly. I appreciate his professionalism, friendliness, and product expertise! Much appreciated!!

My son and I went to Whisper Outdoor to buy a hot tub. Marcus could not have been more helpful, courteous and professional. We left with exactly what we wanted, at a great price. I highly recommend this place.

I had the best experience with Marcus at the hot tub store. He really knows his stuff and helped me to find the perfect fit, The Catalina Berkshire. The service and knowledge was five star. If you’re looking for a hot tub, don’t waste your time going anywhere else but here!

Marcus as the store has been extremely helpful with us over the past 1.5 years, everything from coordinating our new tub order, install, warranty and supplies. He’s a great advocate for the customer and responsive as well.
