We had an outstanding experience with Elaine at Aqua Living! She helped us purchase both a hot tub and a golf cart, and her knowledge of both products was exceptional. We are so happy!! Our new hot tub was delivered and we will be in it tomorrow!! Elaine was amazing!!! Very pleasant and thorough, there was not a question she could not answer! Now sure how big their sales team is, even if you have to wait you definitely want Elaine to handle it all!!!
Ordered a new hottub and Elaine was bery helpful through the whole process. Jave the hottub home now and it is much nicer than i had expected it to be. Thank you for everything.
Brought Catalina that supposed to be the top of the line brand. However it isn't we have had nothing but, problems with this hot tub what a nightmare, it has been for us. I wouldn't recommend Elaine the salesperson. Tub hasn't work properly from day one.
Very friendly staff and did what they could to ease my nerves on a big purchase. Haven't been able to use my new spa just yet so no reviews on that. Thank you Elaine for being so nice and helpful
