I'd like to personally thank sean for the great service he delivered in providing the perfect jacuzzi for us. We purchased what we needed and he did not try to oversell us. From the first phone call to stepping in this morning the service was perfect. Living an hour and a half away we avoided the travel and handled everything by phone. To top everything off the delivery went smooth as glass. Thank you for everything Sean.
Sean is one of the coolest guys to deal with! He goes above and beyond to make you feel like family. I got the perfect hot tub at the craziest best price ever! You guys are lucky to have him on your team!

Wishing similar sales could have his approach. Thanks Sean.

He gave me lots of leeway and time to figure out what I wanted... and that was just on the phone. I eventually just showed up at the warehouse! He was so lo-key and easy to deal with. I never felt I was being "sold" a hot tub. I felt I was being treated as someone who was thinking about a hot tub and he helped me decide what might work. To m... read more
