I'd like to personally thank sean for the great service he delivered in providing the perfect jacuzzi for us. We purchased what we needed and he did not try to oversell us. From the first phone call to stepping in this morning the service was perfect. Living an hour and a half away we avoided the travel and handled everything by phone. To top everything off the delivery went smooth as glass. Thank you for everything Sean.
I recently purchased a Catalina Berkshire from Sean at Whisper Outdoor, and I could not be happier with the price, quality and service. Sean is patient and thorough and not pushy like the guys down the street! Highly recommend!
Sean was great to work with. We gave him a budget and he didn't pressure us to go beyond. I did do research before going and his prices were under. Sean gave us a longest timeline before we would get it in the color we wanted. It came sooner. I would highly recommend him to work with. Very knowledgeable on multiple tubs. Although we haven't decided which hot tub we are going to buy, I wanted to leave a review from my experience the other day. My Husband and I walked in and was greeted by Shawn. He was very knowledgeable about all of the options, and he and my husband went over everything. Now, apparently, we may be buying a golf cart on steroids as well. Very happy about this experience, we will be back when we decide. Best experience out of all of the spa stores we went to.
That Sean. He was the best sales person I’ve worked with. No pressure. And with no issues in remaining attentive of either my needs or question . Making my purchase online I was in a just do it. And did. Yet with in 5 days I decided on a more therapeutic spa. Jets place in right spots. Sean was a champ. No problem switching to my prefer spa. Enjoyed working with him.
