We walked in on a weekend to see some hot tubs in person. We spoke with the store manager, Steve Sharp. He was very knowledgeable and explained to us what our choices were, how they worked, and spent a good while talking to us about everything from the installation process to what chemicals to use. The product is great, our hot tub is awesome. But the delivery folks definitely left something to be desired. I had to have a repairman come out almost immediately, and my lanai is still messed up from them, taking it apart and failing to put it back together properly. Recommend you purchase your hot tub here and arrange for installation with someone else who is more professional.

I had been hot tub shopping for about a year, but just couldn’t decide. Steve sent me emails with updated pricing and spa option without the pressure of of salesman. He helped talk us through what our actual needs for the hot tub were and honestly, didn’t try to oversell us at all which was much appreciated! He was thorough and listened to what we needed.
