Austin was great to work with. I was able to get an excellent Hot Tub within my budget. Delivery was on a tight schedule and he delivered on time. It was a great purchase experience. I would recommend giving him a call if you are in the market.
We were looking at many hot tub/spa stores here in Las Vegas. Very depressing search. It seems that the people managing the stores did not have much knowledge about their products and did not try to sell us on any of their spas. After a detailed conversation and emails with pictures and videos back and forth LPI did right and scheduled a repair for our spa. It was found to be a manufactured defect and the tech was able to take an hour and get it fixed and back up and running. Thank you for working with us and validating our concerns.
