Bought our tub from the Winterville location. Karen was helpful and conversational while juggling more than one customer. I am completely satisfied and would recommend this location to anyone considering outdoor accessories.

My wife and I purchased a aqua living hot tub/spa during the Black Friday sale.At the Greenville NC store, Matt the sales manager walked us through the process. The spa we decided on was not in stock and had to be manufactured. The process was, place the order, manufacture, and ship to the store, and then a final delivery. took a few weeks to manufacture the spa. But they keep us in the loop the whole time. Some companies may not provide a service after the sales because once the item is yours, it is also your issue. I cannot say that about aqua living as they helped us before we purchased it to make the right decision, they actually delivered it on the time schedule that they promised, and they’ve never failed to return a call or help the customer out. If anybody is looking to purchase a hot tub, I know it can be a daunting task, but I highly recommend aqua living and the store in Winterville is phenomenal and math is amazing.... read more

I bought a Catalina hot tub from Matt in May 2020. The service, product and delivery was top notch. After researching hot tubs for days trying to find the best product and price I realized I could buy locally and factory direct. We saved thousands on this tub compared to other manufacturers and the hot tub is great. In August I had a problem with one of the pumps not working properly, this was covered under warranty and Matt had it fixed very quickly.

Karen was extremely helpful in getting my order place, she was very informative on all the options and made me feel much more comfortable buying online. Now that I know all the different products they carry I will definitely be back for my next big purchase.
