I couldn’t take off the previous review but it did want to give an update. I received the cord and installed it and my hot tub was back on track. 🙌I was very pleased to see that was the issue and I want to thank Karen for helping me out with this process and resolving the issue. I reallly appreciate your help and patience with this issue. Me and my husband are very happy and thankful it worked out for us ❤️🙌‼️

Even tho my experience with Patrick was a good experience unfortunately I cannot say the same thing about the quality of their products. I had the Huntington Bay 47 delivered to my residence and we enjoyed the hot tub for about 28 days then it just stopped working. The heater pump does not work and the unit keeps shutting off triggered the breaker.
