I have been researching hot tubs for months. Was looking for one that would help me with pain issues that I deal with everyday. My husband and I made a trip to Baton Rouge because I didn’t feel comfortable just ordering one online without knowing how comfortable the lounger chair would be. We went to see Lee at Aqua Living. Great customer service and more help after the sale. Had a little issue from the factory and during shipping I’m a new hot tub that Craig and his team went above and beyond to correct.
Went to the Baton Rouge store today and the door was locked at 5:30 but the sign said open until 6:00. I drove an hour to get info on their swim spa. If this is service glad I found out now before a huge expense.
Very nice person nice showroom we had a hard time finding the building there are no signs Mr Lee was wonderful caring and took his time showing us different hot tubs
Lee was a wonderful gentleman that didn't try to sell me the most expensive, but what I needed for my medical issues. He was very knowledgeable about all the different models of hot tubs and there benefits. I shopped around for hot tubs. Aqua living offered the best quality for the least money. I'd seen similar hot tubs for double the price. Worth the drive and they deliver.
