Mark was incredible to work with and we love our hot tub. Told him what we were looking for & how we planned to use the spa, and he directed us to the right fit. Delivery was great. They got the hot tub installed & set up. Had a slight issue where the manufacturer didn’t send the extra filters we ordered & Mark fixed it that day. Filters arrived via FedEx within a few days at no charge. Highly recommend Mark for your first hot tub or a replacement for your old one.
Mark was great helping us decide on which spa to get. He explained the options and then when the order was placed he even delivered earlier than expected. We are Very pleased with our spa and would recommend him and the company to all.
