I have 5 shelties and one cat and my pets have been patients at Whispering Pines for several years. I appreciate the prompt and excellent care for all my girls. When I call with a problem, I have usually been scheduled same day or next day. I have worked mostly with Dr. Heidi Burry and less frequently with Dr. Ruth Laufer, but am very confident in both veterinarians. I always have a wonderful experience here. They take very good care of my little baby, and by little I mean 180 lb German Shepard. I appreciate their patience and professionalism a ton. My dog can be very anxious in new settings and they did a wonderful job to keep him calm.
Dr. Burry is an amazing vet. Helped my family and I with our diabetic dog and how to take good care of him. She will explain everything you need to know. Dr. Byrd is just as amazing. She took the time with my other dog to make him feel comfortable at his appointment since he was so terrified being there.
5 stars~every time. My dog loves to go to the vet. He has been treated very well by every tech and vet. The receptionists have been lovely to me at every turn. Pet care is much less stressful when the office is full of kind people who want the best for my animal. We have full confidence in our vet. Highly recommend.
I HIGHLY recommend this vet office. My dog has been there numerous times as well as my other animals. My dog had surgery here yesterday and they went above and beyond. Reasonable prices, great recommendations, and the techs were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They treated my dog like they would their own.
