A dental office this good, polite and courteous staff, knowledgeable dentists and effortless insurance claim. Overall you can’t have a better experience in a dental office. They won’t force you to fill in all details before coming to office to get registered with them. Staff is very gentle with kids, clear with parents in what is their treatment plan and value your opinion, and keep you informed of each step. Insurance claim process was quick and smooth. Minimum paperwork. Loved it all!
My son and his family have been client's for many years and when I needed a new dental service they said 'Mom you will just love this place" and they were right...They really are the most professional caring supportive staff that I have ever known. I am 82 yrs. old and I have noticed that not only do they treat me amazingly well but I watch how other clients are treated when I am in for my appointment...and every-one is treated in the same way I am. The best dental practice we have ever been too. The staff is very professional and personable. There were other dental practicess we have been too and not one can come close to the level of service Whitby Smile offers. This is why we have been with them for more than 7 years. Great job team . I have been going to Whitby Smile Centre for a couple of years now and feel very comfortable with Dr. Sara Majedi as she is very detailed and has excellent hygienists on her team. Amee and Shelly are always so friendly and knowledgeable. Always a good experience at Whitby Smile Centre.
I would just like to express as soon as you walk in the door at this Dentist the receptionist make you comfortable. It’s really a wonderful place :and the Dentist makes you very comfortable. I’m not a good patient for dental work cause I’ve had some bad experiences in the past at other dentist. The dental hygienes always makes you comfortable. Wonderful group of ladies and gentlemen.
