I didn't know what to expect coming here as it was my first time at a rehab, and I was pleasantly suprised within hours of checking in. The staff are an incredible group of people; they really do care about you and your recovery. More than once I had techs, nurses and counselors go out of their way to help me and my peers out. There is always someone to talk to for help; I was never turned away when I really needed something. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Staff and even the community blamed me for anything possible. I’m talking about the littlest things and accused me of things I didn’t do while I was in there. First off the counselors barely see you and your only allowed one phone call a week. They don’t have anybody in there to help with mental health. The only staff that were good at there job were named Troy, mike, and Jacob. The rest of the staff are back stabbers. This place is awful. My son was assaulted by his roommate for snoring. Wound up in hospital. I picked him up and now the refuse to give him his belongings. And York police already called us to confirm his attacker was given 7500 dollars bail. DO NOT EVER SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.

I went in 2017 I only went to the detox part in York they were very nice to me I was happy and at peace I was hungry at 1am it got t ok eat whatever it wanted and I made a bacon egg and cheese sandwich I liked my roommate we could bring fans & anything without alcohol back in 2017.they didn't let us use the phones in detox and I didn't like that I don't think I'm was ready for all that . My fiance is in there currently. Still no visitors "due to covid." Ummm nursing homes are allowing people to visit their family members now, there is no excuse why I can't see my fiance. They are lazy and don't want to do their jobs. And when I try to call ANYTIME... IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE. All voicemail boxes are full and if you're lucky enough to get the operator (usually sends you to voicemail there too) she will transfer you to someone's voicemail.
