She understood my vision right away and made me feel totally comfortable and at ease for the entire appointment. She provided helpful guidance and went above and beyond to help me picture the dress as it would be on my big day by offering me veils and bows to try on as well as rigging up a dress with clamps so I could imagine it with the shorter length I envisioned!
