I was highly disappointed in my tour with Bridget. I was toured a unit that was not cleaned at all, there was trash and dirt everywhere. I even saw rat droppings in the kitchen. Also, one of the bedrooms still had furniture. The apartment campus was filthy. i'm currently looking for a two bedroom and I was not pleased at all. I find it disrespectful that I was even shown that particular apartment. The pictures on the website and what I seen in person are totally different.
Don’t live here. I had to get a lawyer for them to take me seriously. Roaches everywhere and horrible smoke smell. They did nothing to help and wanted me to pay out my lease to leave when they did nothing about these issues.
My heater broke about a month ago and they sent out a worker who fixed it in about 10 minutes. Then it broke again on Thanksgiving Day. So I contacted the office again on Friday and they sent out another worker who said that he didn’t have the part I need this time to get it fixed. So he came back on Monday just to tell me that I still had to wait for the part to come in. So I’m typing this on a Tuesday night with no idea of when I’m going to be able to get this issue resolved. My daughter has lived in these apartments for at least 10 years. We were thrilled when they put in washers and dryers, instead of having to go to the laundry room on site. There are stores very close to the apartments, as well as the bus line, which is great, since my daughter does not have a car. She has made several friends, and enjoys living there. I’ve lived here for about a year and a half. I would not recommend this complex. I will start by saying that the place is fairly clean. However, it takes FOREVER for anything to get fixed. The gates NEVER WORK. I mean never. I was without AC for a week in the summer. My toilet is currently leaking water nonstop and my carpet near my bathroom is absolutely SOAKED!
