I had a great experience at my annual physical. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and very welcoming from start to finish. My provider was especially outstanding-she made me feel completely at ease, as if I had know her for years. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to be thoughtful and address all of my questions. Called when office opened with an issue that needed to be addressed asap. No appts available but office called right back to say Renee could do a video telehealth immediately. I had not seen her before,since I’m a long time patient of Dr. Wiegandt who is not in Mondays. Renee was quick to diagnosis my situation and order the prescription I needed. She was sympathetic, took time to pull up my record for testing I had done and offered suggestions of things I could eat and do to aid my road to recovery. Was very impressed!
I had my first appt last Friday with Kate Grundy. She did have a new employee in the room with her but I can't recall his name. However, they were both so caring and attentive. I recently switched to this practice after being a patient of NP Kate’s previously and I’m so glad I did! She takes her time to listen, is very smart, kind, and understanding. She has great energy! I also enjoyed meeting Medical Assistant Cassie at my visit and she made me feel quite welcome and at ease. Thank you both!
