RecommendedPhoned to ask whether they had a full set of replacement wiper blades for my car. They rang back to say they had 2 of the 3 and could get the remaining one from the warehouse in the next hour and a half. They rang again to say they got the full set in if I wanted to pop down. Mechanic was very patient whilst I looked for my locking nut and then he removed spare tyre to fit rear blade. Communication via phone and wiper blade fitting excellent. Thank you

Recommendedhelped with my husbands MG when we had problems with it went in for a oil and filter and helped try to source a window as ours popped unexpectedly. slso put coolant in to try to help the head gasket before it blew

Terrible service! Went in with 2 children to get some reg plates for my car with a letter stating I have the right to to display the plate on my car along with the log book reference number and all relevant details stating that letter was all I needed. I was then refused them making because I didn’t have the log book, which I don’t have as I lease the vehicle. The children were waiting bored while I was questioned to death about it. Removed my sons locking wheel nuts even though he was on his way down with the key and charged his £60. We got it refunded. Didn’t hold a grudge. Went down after buying 4 tyres for our car. Faulty valve on one. Went back to get it tested. Rude man on reception. Barking at us ‘keys!’ ‘locking wheel nut keys!’. Sent us home with the tyre with no air in it after all this inconvenience! Emailed them to complain - no response. Emailed head office - no response. Disgusting service. Will never go back nor recommend!!
