Recently, my husband and I needed to seek legal assistance of an attorney for our Will and Trust information, which brought us to Wilcox Attorneys who specializes in estate planning and elder law. When I asked about planning services they made an apt with me I waited a month for the apt and when I ask for general price for a simple family trust when the apt was confirmed. The lawyers assistant called me back and said "If you are shopping around for prices, I am not the lawyer for you and you are not the client for me." It was frustrating and there was nothing wrong with asking for a general cost with understanding it could go up based on level of need.
