Katie Burns is an excellent attorney. She is insightful, very smart and driven to find ways to help her clients. She prepared a Trust for my Home to be left to my niece as the succesor Administrator of the Trust. We are in the process of having the mortgage loan with 2.75% fixed interest rate assigned to the Trust which allows my niece live in the home continuing that low interest mortgage after my Death.
