I bought vape pods and opened the package in the store. I told the cashier they were burned and wanted an exchange. I was refused an exchange. The young lady that was evidently a manager told me to contact the manufacturer... I hadn't left the store! Terrible customer service no wonder I never see any customers in the building when I stop in. it's clear these employees need to be educated on the products they are selling and proper customer service.
I guess it's kinda my fault for not looking at what I was buying, but they sold me the wrong papers AND cigarettes. Asked for 1½ length papers, got single wide, asked for camel blue, got camel crush. Also, way more expensive than a lot of other tobacco stores around.
