Sean was wonderful very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Everyone at this location has been extremely helpful and friendly. I'm a repeat customer as we have a wild bills closer to our home however they treat customers like they are nothing and have a very bad customer service skills. I will always go the extra miles to be treated well and have a great customer service experience. Highly recommend this location for all your smoking needs.
The staff here is always super friendly and helpful, I drive all over and I'll only stop at this location. I also had a great experience today with Sean. He was very helpful and signed me up with rewards and saved me money 💰. 10/10 experience every time I stop in!

Sean is the shit!!! Drove all the way to Ann Arbor just to fine this vape! he was patient kind and helped me find the correct tasting rainbow flex since all Battle Creek and Kalamazoo stores have rainbow flex with the rainbow sherbert flavor in the wrong rainbow packaging!!!!
John and Jimmy were super friendly and helpful. They helped my mom pick out a vape and answered all of our questions. It was a great experience and we will definitely be returning. Thanks again!
