Absolutely love this store, have since my 1st time in it. I've been in other Wild Bills locations around Michigan and this one is by far my favorite. The staff is always ready to help and they make you feel valued as a customer. Shout-out to Chase, hes the man!

I had such a great experience at Wild Bill’s Smoke Shop in Ann Arbor thanks to Asia! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such a friendly smile and positive energy that instantly made the visit better. Sean is the coolest! He’s super knowledgeable and easy to talk to! Always has a smile on his face and greets me with a pleasant hello! If it’s possible, he needs a raise asap!!
Asia, the store associate, was extremely helpful and very friendly. The manager was also very cordial. They have a great selection of scented candles and Christmas mugs. The mugs are unique and huge priced at $9.99. I bought two Ice Breakers Mint scented candles at 2 for $5. Come on in and say hi to Asia.
