Wild Bill's Alma staff are the best! I've been to a few locations in central Michigan, but these guys by far make the experience so much better. Their flavor recommendations and descriptions for their disposables are spot on, and they've never steered me wrong. Mary, by far, is the main reason I have made it a point to only visit this locations. Her customer service is amazing.
I give the Alma location 5 stars because I am a regular in there at least once a week for 3 years now and the staff is very friendly with amazing customer service. They have conversation not with just me but with everyone that are regulars in there about regular daily life or each other's families.It's nice to see there really are some good people out there. The people there are amazing and friendly they are always there to help their customers and make sure their customers get what they come in for they are fast to help their customers as I am a regular customer they always know what I am getting when me or my boyfriend goes in I would like to thank everyone there
