I love shopping at Wild Bill’s Tobacco Shop! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. The store is clean, well-organized, and has an awesome selection, so it’s easy to find exactly what you need (and discover new favorites). Every time I go in, I’m greeted with great customer service and good energy. If you’re looking for a reliable shop with great products and even better people, Wild Bill’s is the place to go.
Just had to replace my refillable vape and wanted to leave a review. Everyone here is always super helpful and friendly. I’ve been coming here since they opened in Alma and have never had a bad experience. Would recommend this location to anyone that may need any smoking items!
Wild Bill’s Tobacco is hands down one of the best shops I’ve visited. The staff are incredibly nice and welcoming — every visit feels less like shopping and more like stopping by a friend’s place. Prices are fair and never overpriced, and the variety is impressive. From hand pipes and glass pieces to every accessory you could ask for (and more), they’ve got it all. My wife and I absolutely love the employees at this location, but Mary is the best of all!! We absolutely love her to death! She always goes above and beyond and deserves a million dollar raise! 😊
Very welcoming and relaxed environment, employee was helpful picking out a vape for me. She was cracking jokes and making the experience a fun time. Definitely will be coming back to this location! :))
