This store just got a beautiful expansion ,and much needed remodel. Very open and welcoming.
Alma has the best staff out of any of the locations in my area, everyone is always in cheerful moods, their can do attitudes are great. Biggest thing has always been customer service and this store has some of the best customer service any employer could ask for. Good employees are hard to keep and to find.
Wild Bill’s here in Alma has always been great to me. Always a friendly face, always ready to help. Mary is always quick to recognize me and call me out by name when I enter, giving it that small town, big family atmosphere. Aside from the friendly and knowledgeable staff, this store is always stocked with the supplies I am looking for.
Honestly, I wish I could give 6 stars. I love everything about this place! The staff, selection, and prices are amazing, and it is always a pleasure chatting with the employees. Highly recommend
I originally rated the store a 5.....And in regard to most of the staff and especially Mary .....the customer service is 5 star..... However I am Extremely Disappointed that the 10% off for wild Wednesday is no longer valid 😠....it was a nice perk to honor the regulars and once customers get used to perks when they are taken away, that's Not good for business..... Again, fortunately service is outstanding therefore I will keep coming back...for now anyway
