I have been coming here regularly for years - Awesome selection, fair prices, and super friendly staff who actually know their stuff. The vibe is relaxed, the shop is always clean, and they carry quality products—not cheap knockoffs. Whether you’re new or a regular, they treat you right. Highly recommend!
The workers here are incredibly friendly and helpful. I have gone in on several occasions and I have never experienced any employee in a negative way. I don't know if this is the same at all stores, but the one in Alma is fantastic!
I've been buying from WB's for years every week between $150-200 but however the last 3 or so months they have yet to order what I normally buy. I hope they get it together quickly or I'm taking my business somewhere else. I only gave 3 stars solely for the employees. They are 5 stars, always helpful and polite with knowledge on alot of product. Please order I'd hate for you to lose a loyal customer! P.s Melissa on the oregon location always helpful when I come in.
Jay, Mary and the rest of the crew are very kind and helpful. Always have the brand of cigarettes I smoke. Never an issue with any of the staff there. They make you feel welcome and they always make my day brighter when I go in there. Very affordable compared to everywhere else.
This store just got a beautiful expansion ,and much needed remodel. Very open and welcoming.
