Just had to replace my refillable vape and wanted to leave a review. Everyone here is always super helpful and friendly. I’ve been coming here since they opened in Alma and have never had a bad experience. Would recommend this location to anyone that may need any smoking items!
Wild Bill’s Tobacco is hands down one of the best shops I’ve visited. The staff are incredibly nice and welcoming — every visit feels less like shopping and more like stopping by a friend’s place. Prices are fair and never overpriced, and the variety is impressive. From hand pipes and glass pieces to every accessory you could ask for (and more), they’ve got it all. Very welcoming and relaxed environment, employee was helpful picking out a vape for me. She was cracking jokes and making the experience a fun time. Definitely will be coming back to this location! :))
The workers here are incredibly friendly and helpful. I have gone in on several occasions and I have never experienced any employee in a negative way. I don't know if this is the same at all stores, but the one in Alma is fantastic!
Jay, Mary and the rest of the crew are very kind and helpful. Always have the brand of cigarettes I smoke. Never an issue with any of the staff there. They make you feel welcome and they always make my day brighter when I go in there. Very affordable compared to everywhere else.
