Jay, Mary and the rest of the crew are very kind and helpful. Always have the brand of cigarettes I smoke. Never an issue with any of the staff there. They make you feel welcome and they always make my day brighter when I go in there. Very affordable compared to everywhere else.
This store just got a beautiful expansion ,and much needed remodel. Very open and welcoming.
I've been buying from WB's for years every week between $150-200 but however the last 3 or so months they have yet to order what I normally buy. I hope they get it together quickly or I'm taking my business somewhere else. I only gave 3 stars solely for the employees. They are 5 stars, always helpful and polite with knowledge on alot of product. Please order I'd hate for you to lose a loyal customer! P.s Melissa on the oregon location always helpful when I come in.
Alma has the best staff out of any of the locations in my area, everyone is always in cheerful moods, their can do attitudes are great. Biggest thing has always been customer service and this store has some of the best customer service any employer could ask for. Good employees are hard to keep and to find.
Alma Wild Bill’s is the place to shop. The staff is amazing. Devon, Jay, Miss Mary, Bre and Kristin are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Go in and you’ll never go anywhere else!!!
