All of the employees are amazing! They are knowledgeable, patient, kind and engaging. They all know me by name and what I like to purchase. They are a great team and I look forward to coming back to get the great service they always provide. It is refreshing experience everytime I stop in and a place and staff like this is hard to come by these days. They are respectful, courteous and so friendly. Credit & Kudos to all of them!
I always have a good experience at the Escanaba location. I've recently had awesome experiences with both Erica and Jamie, they always greet me the second I walk in and are so kind and helpful! I love to get my glass and my vapes here, they have excellent prices on both!
I started going to Wild Bill's Tobacco around the time they opened their Escanaba branch. It's a very welcoming environment with a wide variety of products. The employees are very friendly, sometimes funny, and always helpful. They're happy to recommend smoking products that suit my needs, and always open to questions about everything they sell. The staff at the wild bills in Escanaba are always very helpful and hold good conversation. A lot of the glassware at this location is very unique, often goofy. Good selection of vapes and cigars. It would be cool if they had more niche cigarettes like camel turkish royals.
