I absolutely love this wild bills location. I have been shopping at wild bills since I found out about them in 2019 when I was living in Lansing Michigan. This is by far my favorite location. I have purchased at least 4 beautiful rigs and two amazing Puffco Peak Pros from here. The staff ( Jamie, Erica and Autumn) always have amazing attitudes and they are always very welcoming and always answer any questions I have.
I went in with my walking cast and was moving slow. Jamie took notice and came to offer help. She was able to answer my questions with ease. (Some of my questions were about products I had never heard of/ didn't intend to buy) Jamie also took the time to educate me about the other options similar to what I came for. I will be making this my main shop now thanks to Jamie!
Great place to go with a wide variety of products. Last time I was there Jamie was SUPER helpful! All I had to do was show her a picture of what I was looking for and she knew exactly where to find it! She always has a smile on her face that is super contagious too!
Ally and Autumn helped me set up my new mod and gave me a lot of really good advice. Really good customer service.
