I come here often. They have always been nothing but great to me. Always been very helpful, and also good sports on me giving them a hard time..lol.. I've had a couple of issues with a couple of the e cigs and I've just had to bring in my receipt (of course within reason on the date), and they have helped me rite out. Awesome place
