I visit Wild Bills at least once a week and they are amazing. Not only do they have a really vast selection of inventory but the staff is very nice and accommodating. They will forever be my go to for Kratom and much more.☺️
I can’t believe on January 25. There was a winner advisory out . I came to this Wild Bill and I cannot believe they have no heat. It is colder inside of Wild Bill than it is outside in the winter advisory. This is so unprofessional. I can’t believe that Wild Bill will have this great employees. (Shanti and Clinton) working with no heat. This should be against OSHA .!
When I arrived I was greeted with such a warm welcome from Amala. Honestly it changed my whole morning and was the highlight of my day. I was having trouble making a selection, however, Amala was more than happy to assist me and walk me through the options available. I come here often and this was my first time feeling seen. I really appreciated her today.
The whole staff is welcoming and overall make it a good experience. Natasha, amala , and the assistant manager Shanti always take care of me. I wouldn't recommend any other shop!!
Awesome experience at this store always, staff is amazing. However I would like to add that Shanti the assistant manager has always provided excellent service!! I’m certain that she will soon have her own store someday, I just hope that it’s a neighborhood I live in or work at! YES SHE STANDS OUT THAT MUCH!!
