Awesome experience at this store always, staff is amazing. However I would like to add that Shanti the assistant manager has always provided excellent service!! I’m certain that she will soon have her own store someday, I just hope that it’s a neighborhood I live in or work at! YES SHE STANDS OUT THAT MUCH!!
I thought Ashanti got fired I haven’t seen her in a few days. But I seen her today and she gave me the best service as always. So good to see her, thanks again girly
I was in there today and there's a new lady named Michelle. She's great! Super friendly and very personable! A great new add to the already other great staff they have! 10 and Hayes is my favorite location! They know what you're getting if you're a repeat customer and it's a great atmosphere!
Aaliyah and tasha are amazing employees.. every time I come into the store I'm greeted with a smile and even when they are busy they make time to help me with whatever I need.. They both deserve a five-star and promotions are definitely deserved in my opinion😁😁😁😁. Keep shining y'all 💪🏿
I've haven't stopped by this location as of yet but I have spoken Miss Ashanti over the phone and she was very kind and knowledgeable. So I look forward to visiting this particular location when I'm ready to restock my humidor. And on that I give a 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 's.
