I was in there today and there's a new lady named Michelle. She's great! Super friendly and very personable! A great new add to the already other great staff they have! 10 and Hayes is my favorite location! They know what you're getting if you're a repeat customer and it's a great atmosphere!
Looking for your specific brand while out of state can be so frustrating! This was my third tobacco shop and was unsuccessful so far. Upon arrival customer service was very welcoming and store appeared to be well stocked. I begin to feel hopeful! Thanks to Leah and her knowledge, I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I appreciate staff like her, willing to be patient and offer feedback with facts! My visits to MI Just got easier!
I’ve been in customer service and sales for over 16 years and something happened today that is so rare I decided to do something rare and leave a review. I walked in in a celebratory mood looking for a cigar with a specific flavor profile, the manager made sure to introduce herself and help, then told the truth…..gasp. i'm so glad i found this spot! natasha and the staff are amazing 🙏 they're always so friendly and helpful. the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and they've got everything i need. i love that i can just pop in and know i'll be taken care of. the customer service is always top-notch, and i appreciate the extra effort they put into making sure i'm happy. definitely recommend! 💗
