Looking for your specific brand while out of state can be so frustrating! This was my third tobacco shop and was unsuccessful so far. Upon arrival customer service was very welcoming and store appeared to be well stocked. I begin to feel hopeful! Thanks to Leah and her knowledge, I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I appreciate staff like her, willing to be patient and offer feedback with facts! My visits to MI Just got easier!
i'm so glad i found this spot! natasha and the staff are amazing 🙏 they're always so friendly and helpful. the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and they've got everything i need. i love that i can just pop in and know i'll be taken care of. the customer service is always top-notch, and i appreciate the extra effort they put into making sure i'm happy. definitely recommend! 💗
The experience I had here was amazing. They were really patient and helpful with me as I was searching for new tobacco flavors I wanted to try. The manager Aaliyah was particularly great and explained everything perfectly without being rude like most tobacco shops. Keep it up guys 👍🏼
I really enjoy coming to this location. The employees are so nice and helpful especially Shanti. Every-time I walk into Wild Bill’s she greets me. She really goes and above and beyond to help me out. I can never makeup my mind about what I want.. lol A1 customer service 🥰 Definitely will be back!!
This place is Great the workers are Great they make it so welcoming they give you there own opinion which is cool I've been going there for years every day it dont matter why I'm there they are always so helpful..... Eric E
