Dee is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond every single time I’m in. I sure hope she stays at my store, the Clinton Twp Groesbeck location. She always helps me find the best deals and so super friendly and quick to boot! With so many smoke shops to choose from, I’m glad to show patronage here.
What part of this is positive? Where I was charged too much for juice? I stood and waited for someone to help me? When I finally got someones help they told me they were out of what I needed. The prices for the juice weren't posted and I thought they would be the same as last time but I was wrong. I sat in front of the juice waiting for someone to come and help me. Went to wild Bill's on Grosbeck for first time and Dee and Tyson were very helpful and made my customer experience amazing. Will definitely be back. Definitely 5 star service and experience!!!!
I’ve never been to Wild Bills before today. Looking for butane I stopped in; I couldn’t help but notice the massive humidor room. I’m new to smoking cigars and know nothing, thank god for Leah. She was very helpful in showing me around the room, not to mention very knowledgeable in different brands, styles and recommendations based on popular picks. I can’t wait to stop back in and check out some more brands.
