I shop daily at Wild Bills and the crew at this Groesbeck location is my favorite! As soon as I step inside the vibes are always upbeat and friendly! They always check my account for coupons which I appreciate and they always have the items I purchase in stock. Plus they always keep me informed on upcoming specials and new items that I might enjoy. I rate this store 10/10 !!!
Khloe was very helpful with the glass products. She actually pulled the products out of the display so I could see better without me even asking. Great Service
Absolutely a joke.. walked in to buy cotton swabs for my e -rig.. asked when I walked in was told no by the two workers at the registers.. as I went to turn around and leave i noticed there were three options Infront of me in the cabinet I just so happened to have stopped Infront of. Said hey there are options here and didn't even get sorry for the mistake.. went to cash out and the lady follows ups her bad service by not even asking for my numbers for rewards.. even had to say have a good day first .. train your workers bet... read more
This place have a variety of products but the staff was the best. Manager was friendly and very knowledgeable. He helped me understand about a few things I had questions about. I will definitely visit this place again when I'm in town... Customer service was the best. I think the young man's name was Travon.. so helpful
