These guys sold me a faulty vape and when I tried to call and make a complaint hung up on me. I was completely cool on the phone the first time but being hung up on reaaallllyyyyy made me angry. I understand not being able to go against the law but this was the first time I had ever heard of this so I genuinely needed them to explain it to me, but the NERVE to HANG UP on me.... then I call back the second time to speak to someone else and file a complaint on this person, I’m hung up on again.
