I have a few family members and friends that love cigars. I come to Wild Bills in Grand Blanc to purchase gifts for them. The Retail Manager Tyler is very courteous and always helps me find exactly what I need. The knowledge of products that the employees have and their helpfulness is why I continue to make purchases here. If you need vapes, glass products or cigars Wild Bills is exactly where you need to go. You won't be disappointed.
I normally go to a different Wild Bills,but, Cyrus was extremely informative, very helpful,him and Easton were very friendly, polite,helpful. They spent the time to explain things about an electronic device purchased at other location, and now I'm enjoying it! Thanks again guys for all your help!!!!
I am new to Grand Blanc. Tyler, Easton, Syrus,& Kristie have been welcoming& so helpful with setting up my rewards & provide excellent customer service each time I have been in the store!
Both staff members were kind and helpful. Cyrus helped me find the perfect product and helped me get 10% off by signing up for rewards. I’ll definitely be making this location my regular smoke shop
