I love this store. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, I never leave empty handed. Went in today for a grinder and Poe helped me find the perfect one for me, and then we had a great chat about vaporizers and I learned some new stuff. Very cool place and awesome service. 5/5 stars every time!
This location is my favorite! I am a regular at the store and it’s by choice. I’ve been to other locations and they are all great but not one has the environment like the Stadium location. It’s a family in there and they really do care about their customers. Jared is such a great guy! There was an accident not too long ago and he ran out to the parking lot to check on my kids and me since we weren’t able to get into where we leave. It mattered to him. Just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Jared for all his help. His knowledge of vap supplies is amazing. He's been a huge help every time I come to this location. He's a huge asset to this company. Guest service skills are Amazing.
The people that work at this store should ALL get a raise. I have nothing but positive experience's and the manager (jared) goes beyond above and beyond to ensure you leave a well informed customer and happier/more excited than when you arrived. They all have great product knowledge, people skills/customer service, and they run the store in a way that should make this company very proud.
