Angry review of the best customer service representative in Petoskey. This dude needs a raise. I’ve tried so many new flavors because of him.
Hayden checked my account by scanning my ID to check for a 5.00 off coupon, the shelf was empty in my favorite, go to flavor, and Nick checked in the back to see if he had it and it hadn’t been put out yet. He found my juice flavor in the mg that I was after. They are amazing! And Hayden saved me another 5.00 bringing my total down 10.00 overall! The staff here is always friendly and super helpful anytime I come in!
Unfortunately, my water bottle falling from the table, resulted in a shattered bowl and down stem. John saved my evening by helping me find my replacements. He even set it up for me, when I couldn't figure it out! Thank you for all your help!
Lots of selections, top notch customer service. I went in to get some things for my wife. And the lady working was very helpful and patient, while I verified her items. The prices are competitive as well. I just wish there was some kind of reward system because we are frequent visitors. :)
