I can’t even give a review other than I’m very disappointed. New to the area and chose to drive here to pick up some things and the sign posted on the door says they close at 9pm. I arrived at 8pm to the door being locked. Which is disappointing. Drove here for nothing. Went down the street and got what I needed.
I visit all of the Wild Bill stores in Jackson and Brooklyn. I always have good service, no matter which one I go to. However, I live very close to the one on E. Michigan Ave, so I visit that one the most. The store is always clean and stocked well. All of the shelves are in perfect order, and rarely have I ever needed something that they did not have in stock. All of the employees are kind and courteous, but a special shout out to Dylan. Wild Bills had always been my one stop shop for all my smoking needs. Need a specific thing? They probably have it. Every time there is amazing service & quality products! Savannah (I do believe that was her name) helped me out and was professional & friendly the whole time, like always.
I stop by this store frequently for vape juice and the occasional recreational supplies! Dillon is the employee that helps me most, he really brings a light and refreshing air to the atmosphere here. He’s always happy to help/answer questions and has a lot of knowledge around the products being sold, very easy to talk to and one of the kindest retail workers I’ve happened across.
I’ve been to at least 5 locations from Jackson to Flat Rock and this one by far has always been the most friendly and helpful. I rarely leave reviews, it has probably been years, but, Dylan was too friendly and helpful not to. I live downriver but visit my parents in Leoni and I make sure I get all my vape coils and juice while I’m here. The last 3 times I’ve been in, Dylan was the one working and every single time he was friendly and answered all my questions.
