By far the best wild bills in town. Good atmosphere in the store, super friendly staff, and they always let you know about deals they have going. Good place to get glass too!
This location is without a doubt my favorite spot! Every person in the store is so kind & helpful. I know that if I walk in to a new employee, they'll be top tier as well. Dillon & Savannah are especially wonderful. They're both hard working, great with quick conversation whilst ringing up customers & helping us choose our options. I know that if I'm going to Wild Bills on E Michigan, I'll definitely have a good laugh or leave with a smile & thats not something you come by daily. This is a special place.🩷
Man walked in looking for a cigar. Talked with Dillon and ended up learning some things. Really appreciate the help and how nice he was. 10/10 best service at a wild bills yet
This place is awesome and the customer service is wonderful always respectful always honest especially Dillon he rocks and is super helpful and vary caring with what your needs are and always goes the extra mile i will say if he wasn't there your business would not be as it is He deserves a raise for all he does no one can compare to how he goes out of his way to help each and every customer. His Customer service is on top and you should be honored to have a hard worker like Dillon. If you lose him you lose many customers .
I went in tonight right before close and was not expecting the hospitality I received from Dylan I went in for some cigars and he seemed very knowledgeable best experience I have had at any locations this dude needs a raise if he isn't management he should be what a solid employee
