I recently visited this smoke shop and was really impressed. I knew exactly what I needed, and they had it in stock, which was a great start. But what really made my visit was Collin, the guy working behind the counter. He was an absolute rockstar. His customer service was outstanding. I stop into this Wild Bill’s location almost every day, and the experience is always excellent. The staff here are friendly, professional, and go out of their way to make sure customers feel valued. I especially want to shout out Anthony and Tiffany — they consistently deliver top-notch customer service. I don’t know what they’re being paid, but based on how well they take care of people, they absolutely deserve a raise or promotion. This is hands-down one of the best-run Wild Bill’s locations I’ve been to. Highly recommend!
Love all the pieces here and the staff is very friendly. Tiffany helped me find a few new pieces for my collection. will definitely shop here again soon I love seeing all the new things you guys get in.

Great selection great humidor. World class service from two licensed Tobacco Sommeliers. Updated selection. LFD 30th fire. UPDATE: They keep adding crazy cigars. The new cohiba is one of the coolest cigars I’ve ever seen.
