Oh man, where do I even start with the legend that is Ajax at Wild Bill’s Tobacco on 28th St? This guy deserves a cape for his customer service superpowers! I strolled in, lighter on its last gasp, and Ajax swooped in like a cigar-saving superhero. I Highly recommend Wild Bills 28th street. I come in often. Every single one of the staff members are awesome. Emily, Gabby, Ajax, Drake and Scott have created such a good atmosphere. They are always helpful, smiling and happy. Emily leads a great team. They are very lucky to have her. And they have the best prices I have found anywhere in GR. Again, I highly recommend this store.
I love this location! Very clean, well stocked, new items all the time. And all the workers are very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Drake always helps me with a smile on his face and gives the best recommendations!
