Emily at the counter is super nice and sweet. She told me about a deal they had going on for Breeze’s where I could save more money, and even helped me pick out a new flavor! 5-star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great selection and very friendly staff. Ronnie & Mason were awesome, very outgoing and informative. They’re also extremely knowledgeable about the products WB carries. I would definitely recommend coming here.
Ronnie is amazing and really knows her stuff. I absolutely love everyone there. I have never had a negative vibe or interaction from anyone there. I appreciate all of them even the new guy Mason. Keep up the fantastic work all of you.
I’ve been to Wild Bill’s all over southwest Michigan, and I was able to visit the Kentwood location today for the first time. And wow…it was amazing. I talked with Emily about all things cigars…she was so knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and friendly! I wished I lived closer, because that would be my new home store! Hopefully I’ll be back up there to visit again - can’t say enough great things about Emily and the staff!
I've exclusively gone to this store for years, never had a bad experience I don't think. Lately I've had a lot of issues trying to find the right coils for my new vape, and Emily and her coworker have gone above and beyond everytime to try and do what they can to help. I hate inconveniencing service workers but they're always so happy and eager to help.
