I went to this location for the first time yesterday and I was amazed by the customer service, product variety and store cleanliness. When it comes to smoke shops wild bills is a step above the others. Not only will I be returning to this location I’ll be going to others. If you haven’t gone there you should check it out. I’ve been to Wild Bill’s all over southwest Michigan, and I was able to visit the Kentwood location today for the first time. And wow…it was amazing. I talked with Emily about all things cigars…she was so knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and friendly! I wished I lived closer, because that would be my new home store! Hopefully I’ll be back up there to visit again - can’t say enough great things about Emily and the staff!
I wasn't sure if the shop would have the product I sought, but when I was greeted warmly by a staff member with a genuine desire to help me find what I was looking for, I knew I was in good hands! I got answers to questions, product recommendations, and, ultimately, just waht I needed - all within five minutes!
