Despite issues with product, because I know the management and associates have no control over what they can and cannot get, this crew does an excellent job. They care deeply about their customers and genuinely love helping folks find exactly what they need. They do their best mitigating issues with the product they do not receive and recommend the best products from what's available. Keep keeping on, homies! You're doing great ❤️
I used to go to the store in benton harbor but moved to closer to paw paw. I been going there since they opened around 2022. I always get good service. They always have the product I'm looking for and rarely are thier any waiting times as they are adequately staffed. This store is top notch and always clean. Definitely has my approval.
Okay, SO. I happened to be in Grand Rapids on business (l reside in Charlotte Mi.) And on a whim, decided to stop into the nearest Wild Bill's, and, I'm SO glad that l did. As soon as I entered the store, l was enthusiastically, and most cheerfully, greeted by Emily. She was all smiles, and extremely happy to welcome me to the store. Oh man, where do I even start with the legend that is Ajax at Wild Bill’s Tobacco on 28th St? This guy deserves a cape for his customer service superpowers! I strolled in, lighter on its last gasp, and Ajax swooped in like a cigar-saving superhero.
