I read the lowest reviews and can't believe they say anyone in here is rude. I love this store. No matter how bad of a day I have they always make me smile. Raven and Ewan, you guys are so friendly! Tabitha is very sharp with my dry sense of humor and Natalie is so nice, too. Keep up the good work all of you. I appreciate it more than you can know!

Their selection is top-notch, with a wide variety of products to choose from, and the prices are reasonable too. Every visit feels welcoming and hassle-free. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and quality products.
I came in looking for some king-sized cones as my local area is a bit too expensive and I wasn’t sure on which brand to get. I asked Natalie to help. She helped me with a run down of the brands they had and which were closer to what I liked (a slow burn). While I was checking out not too many people were there so Tabitha and Ewan came over to talk to me about other options as well and just make a friendly conversation. Will definitely be coming back with how kind everyone was!
I just moved to the area and compared to my old smoke shop this one is amazing. The people are welcoming and helpful especially with picking out a vape flavor I haven’t had yet. They even take notice of regulars and let me know when my favorite brands have a new flavor or wrap out. I never feel rushed or like I’m wasting their time compared to other places if you don’t know what you want immediately.
I recently visited Wild Bill's Tobacco and had the pleasure of being assisted by Natalie. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me to the perfect eliminating candle I needed.
