I have been coming to this location for 10 plus years, never once had a bad experience. The staff has always been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on the products that they sell. If you’re ever in Sylvan Lake area and in need of any cigars, tobacco, vape products, glass, or anything in the lines. This is your one stop shop. This is a place you can trust. The staff is knowledgeable and the manager Cam is awesome! He's been extremely helpful to me and educates me on products when I have questions. Cam has been a trusted advisor for my purchases over the last 10 years and I don't see myself going anywhere else. Great store, great staff! I have a hard time going anywhere else.
Cameron and his team are always so friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and items are easy to find. By far our favorite Wild Bills location to go to.
Just wanna give a positive shout out to the Wild Bills team On Orchard Lake Road. These guys and girls do an awesome job with customer service always greeted with a smile. They know what products are in the store. Mine since I smoke New World by AJ Fernandez. On my last visit Shy Assisted me with a new Cigars election always have a great conversation with her. Need to check them out when you’re looking for a great cigar!
100% love this location. Staff is always, always helpful and knowledgeable. They are super nice. Love these guys.
